LET’S CONNECT

We begin all new client engagements with a 45-minute meeting. This initial meeting is $180 and is conducted by telephone.

LET’S ENGAGE

  • We thrive on transparency; turning initial consultations into long-term relationships.
  • The initial meeting helps us get to know your business, values, needs, and vision. We then talk about how to build a foundation for results based on your specific situation. This process helps our clients get to know us and learn how we work.
  • If we are not a good fit, we will happily help you find the right advocate for your mission.

If you would like to engage our firm after the initial meeting, we will ask that you sign an engagement agreement. We will conduct a conflicts check to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest that suggest we are not a good fit to serve you. 

LET’S TALK MONEY

If your project calls for it, we may request that you submit a retainer.  Taking into account the finances, we work with the client to determine a retainer that works for everyone involved. Alternatively, we can personalize services to fit within the client’s preferred budget. 

When a client chooses to engage Holden & Kelly Law Group, PLLC for outside general counsel services, we will create a project road map to drive our working relationship.
